High-resolution array spectroradiometer for laser and VCSEL
CAS 120-HR and CAS 120B-HR – Optimized for measuring narrow-band light sources
The high-resolution CAS 120-HR and CAS 120B-HR spectroradiometers are based on the CAS 120 series of array spectroradiometers from Instrument Systems. They were specially developed for precise measurement of narrow-band emission sources (laser, VCSEL) in price-sensitive mass production.
With their exceptionally high spectral resolution within short measurement times, the CAS 120-HR and CAS 120B-HR are suitable for demanding spectral measurements of extremely short light pulses.
Like all CAS models from Instrument Systems, the CAS 120-HR / B-HR has a calibration traceable to PTB. An integrated density filter wheel and aperture for dark measurements permit fully automatic measurement while ensuring an extremely high dynamic range of the detector.
For integration into customized programs and production environments the CAS 120-HR / B-HR models are compatible with DLL and LabVIEW® drivers. The SpecWinPro software from Instrument Systems is available for extensive measurements in the lab.
